All orders are subject to availability, and LAFLOID cannot guarantee stock availability at all times. In case supply or stock issues arise, we can offer substitute products with same or different pricing, but if you do not wish to change, we will reimburse any quantities paid.

3. Shipping policy
3.1. Delivery costs Delivery costs are included in all purchases done through www.lafloid.com in orders over 40€.
For orders outside of the EU, customs duties will be covered by the customer.
However, in the case you are subject to cover the delivery costs, these will be clearly stated, separately from any other costs or extra expenses, when the order is complete and before the final purchase is formalised. We recommend to group all products in one order as we can´t combine two different orders in one.
3.2. Delivery times As a general rule, we prepare all non-personalised orders within 48 hours upon receipt of payment. For personalised products preparation time is 3-10 days upon receipt of payment. Please bear in mind that orders made after 13.00hrs (GMT +1) on Fridays and throughout Saturday and Sunday will be prepared for dispatch the Monday after. Bank holidays in Spain, in Barcelona and in any of the countries/regions of delivery may also cause delays.
Estimated delivery times are 1 to 3 working days for Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and Europe. During promotional periods, delivery times may increase slightly.
In order to ensure the highest safety and speed, all our orders are sent through first class private couriers. For deliveries to Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), orders will be sent through courier company DHL Express and deliveries throughout Europe with UPS Europa. Deliveries require a confirmation signature from the person receiving the goods, in order to guarantee a secure receipt of your order.
For security reasons, LAFLOID will not process any orders to be delivered to a postal office box, nor those not allowing the identification of the natural person which is understood to be the recipient or the corresponding delivery address. For this reason, the delivery address should be specified accurately. In the case the address is not valid and the delivery unable to be completed, LAFLOID accepts no responsibility for the delay or modification in delivery times.
Once the purchased products have been sent you will receive an email at the email address specified in the order. LAFLOID´s Customer Service will provide the necessary support in the case of any incident related to the delivery of your order. If your order takes over 12 working days, please contact LAFLOID´s Customer Service. We kindly request you to notify the delay no longer than 10 days from the estimated delivery date so that we can effectively manage the incident.

3.3. Insurance All LAFLOID products remain our property and responsibility until payment is received and products are sent to the delivery address stipulated by the customer.
You will be responsible for any risk or damage to the product from the moment you, or any appointed third person other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. Products are insured for any loss or accidental damage suffered during the delivery process. In the case of loss or accidental damage before physical delivery to you or an appointed third person, LAFLOID may choose to refund the amounts paid or to send a new product.
For orders outside of the EU, customs duties will be covered by the customer.

4. Cancellation and return policies
Return of personalised products once the order has been placed will not be accepted, except in those cases where the product is considered defective upon receipt, and this circumstance properly proven. In the event of defectiveness, the customer undertakes to receive a model identical to the original product, unless it is not available, in which case, the customer may request a new colour of the same product.
4.1. Change of mind If you made a mistake in your order or you changed your mind about the customisation or the colour of the product, you must get in touch as soon as possible with our Customer Service: contact@lafloid.com specifying what you would like to change. Changes will only be accepted if our team has not started preparing your order. In that case, the changes will be applied at no additional cost, provided that the change does not imply an increase in the price. Changes will depend on product availability.
4.2. Colours We have placed a great effort to show our products in the most precise manner. However, products may suffer slight variations in colour in respect to the images shown in our webpage, for example due to the differences in resolution amongst different devices. Even though we can´t guarantee your device shows exactly the same colour as the physical product, we will do everything in our hands for the images to be as accurate as possible.
4.3. Personalisation Likewise, placement on the physical products of any personalisation offered by LAFLOID may be subject to small variation in terms of where it´s finally placed vs. how it is shown in the webpage. The reason for this is that we craft each handbag by hand and each one is somehow different from the rest.
4.4 Returns Under no circumstance can personalised products be returned or refunded.
If for whatever reason your purchase does not satisfy you, you can return all non-personalised items, provided they have not been used, within 14 days of their delivery. LAFLOID does not cover shipping costs or customs duties for returns. These must be covered by the customer.
Personalised products, either with initials, words, or illustrations, cannot be returned once the order is placed. The only exception is products considered faulty; in which case the customer has 14 days within its delivery to claim the warranty.
To return a product, the purchased item and the packaging must be in perfect condition, and they must have never been used. Products that do not arrive in the same condition they were sent, with all their original packaging —box, labels, bag, and dust bag—, will not be exchanged or refunded.
Any faulty products will be assessed by the quality department at LAFLOID. If they agree the product has a defect, we will contact you via the email you provided to inform you about the return method and the delivery of the replacement.
The quality department at LAFLOID will also verify that everything is returned in perfect condition. The substantial integrity of the purchased item and its original packaging is an essential requirement to exercise the right of returning it.

Change of mind If you made a mistake in your order or you changed your mind about the customisation or the colour of the product, you must get in touch as soon as possible with our Customer Service: contact@lafloid.com specifying what you would like to change. Changes will only be accepted if our team has not started preparing your order. In that case, the changes will be applied at no additional cost, provided that the change does not imply an increase in the price. Changes will depend on product availability.
4.2. Colours We have placed a great effort to show our products in the most precise manner. However, products may suffer slight variations in colour in respect to the images shown in our webpage, for example due to the differences in resolution amongst different devices. Even though we can´t guarantee your device shows exactly the same colour as the physical product, we will do everything in our hands for the images to be as accurate as possible.
4.3. Personalisation Likewise, placement on the physical products of any personalisation offered by LAFLOID may be subject to small variation in terms of where it´s finally placed vs. how it is shown in the webpage. The reason for this is that we craft each handbag by hand and each one is somehow different from the rest.
4.4 Returns Under no circumstance can personalised products be returned or refunded.
If for whatever reason your purchase does not satisfy you, you can return all non-personalised items, provided they have not been used, within 14 days of their delivery. LAFLOID does not cover shipping costs or customs duties for returns. These must be covered by the customer.
Personalised products, either with initials, words, or illustrations, cannot be returned once the order is placed. The only exception is products considered faulty; in which case the customer has 14 days within its delivery to claim the warranty.
To return a product, the purchased item and the packaging must be in perfect condition, and they must have never been used. Products that do not arrive in the same condition they were sent, with all their original packaging —box, labels, bag, and dust bag—, will not be exchanged or refunded.
