DELIVERY AND RETURN

DELIVERY:

Estimated delivery times are as follows (always in working days):

  • Non personalised products: 2-5 days
  • Personalised products: 4-7 days

Orders placed after 13,00hrs (GMT +1) on Fridays and throughout Saturday and Sunday will be prepared for dispatch the Monday after. During promotional periods, delivery times may increase slightly.

All orders shipped to outside the Canary Islands, EU and UK, may incur duties placed by local governments. Free shipping on orders over 100€.

RETURNS:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, non personalised items can be returned, as long as they have not been used, within 28 days from their receipt free of charge.

In the case that the product is personalised, either with initials, words or illustrations, returns will not be accepted once the order is placed, except in those cases where the product is considered defective, and circumstance properly proven.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Product should not be personalised
  • The product must not have been used and must be in perfect condition
  • The product must be returned in the same conditions as it was delivered and with its original packaging (dust-free pouch and box)
  • Must be sent in suitable packaging, as it was delivered

REFUNDS:

We always try to be as fast as possible, but during high activity periods (such as holidays or Christmas) we can take a little longer. The refund will be issued to the original account from which the purchase payment was made within a maximum of 14 days.

The time required to process the refund may vary depending on the bank that has issued the credit card, and will be made in the same currency in which the purchase was made.

KLARNA:

You will receive confirmation of your return request within 28 days from your return. If you have not received our return confirmation within this period, please contact our customer service. All information regarding the refund will be sent from Klarna directly.
