Delivery and return

DELIVERY:

Estimated delivery times are as follows (always in working days):

  • Non personalised products: 2-5 days
  • Personalised products: 4-7 days

During promotion periods or peak season (like holidays or Christmas), delivery times may increase, especially for customised products.

All orders shipped to outside EU may incur duties placed by local governments. Free shipping on orders over 40€.

RETURNS:

Under no circumstance can personalised products be returned or refunded.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, non personalised items can be returned, as long as they have not been used, within 14 days from their receipt. LAFLOID will not cover shipping costs or customs duties for customer returns. These will be borne by the client.

In the case that the product is personalised, either with initials, words or illustrations, returns will not be accepted once the order is placed, except in those cases where the product is considered defective, and circumstance properly proven within 14 days of its delivery.

THERE IS A MISTAKE WITH MY ORDER/ I CHANGED MY MIND:

If you made a mistake in your order or changed your mind about the personalisation or the colour of the product, you must contact our Customer Service team at: contact@lafloid.com specifying what you would like to change. Changes will only be accepted if our team has not started preparing your order. In that case, the changes will be applied at no additional cost, provided that the change does not imply an increase in the price. The change will also depend on product availability.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Product should not be personalised
  • The product must not have been used and must be in perfect condition
  • The product must be returned in the same conditions as it was delivered and with its original packaging (dust-free pouch and box)
  • Must be sent in suitable packaging, as it was delivered
  • Items on sales cannot be returned
  • If you received a gift with your purchase, the gift must be returned too.
  • We will not accept returns for orders if the customer has not paid for the customs duties in their country

WARRANTY:

Our warranty covers manufacturing or workmanship defects only. Personalisation damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, or neglect of the leather are not included. Our warranty does not cover the fading of leather or metallic pieces caused by the passage of time.

To claim the warranty, you must have made your order through our official website. You must make the claim within 3 months of its delivery for bags or within 14 days of its delivery for accessories. In the claim, you must include the order number and pictures that show the manufacturing defect. If we do not receive any proof of the defect, our warranty will not cover it. In the case that the manufacturing defect was proven correctly, and we need to see the item in person, LAFLOID will cover the return expenses. If your claim is accepted, we will replace your item, which will keep the same warranty period as the original purchase.

REFUNDS:

We always try to be as fast as possible, but during high activity periods (such as holidays or Christmas) we can take a little longer. The refund will be issued to the original account from which the purchase payment was made within a maximum of 14 days.

The time required to process the refund may vary depending on the bank that has issued the credit card, and will be made in the same currency in which the purchase was made.

KLARNA:

You will receive confirmation of your return request within 28 days from your return. If you have not received our return confirmation within this period, please contact our customer service. All information regarding the refund will be sent from Klarna directly.
