PRIVACY POLICY

 The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you about the processing of your personal data, as well as of your rights in accordance to the applicable legislation set forth in the Personal Data Protection Act, and particularly pursuant to the General Rules of Data Protection (GRDP).

1. Responsible for data treatment

2. Purpose of Data Processing

LAFLOID will process the information provided by interested parties with the following objectives: 

  1. Managing trade relations.
  2. Managing purchases done through our website.
  3. Providing you with information related to the processing and tracking of your orders.
  4. Distributing our Newsletter.

 In order to achieve these purposes, we will only request data that is strictly necessary. We will always process only those data that are essential and over which we have your specific consent.

If a further processing of personal data for a purpose different from the original arises, the user will be provided before the treatment occurs with the information on the objective, as well as with any other relevant additional information.

Nonetheless, and in accordance with current legislation, if a competent Public Authority,  Court or Tribunal request information, we are bound to provide it, as well as in the case a law an obligation upon us to share information with a third party.

We will store personal data as long as commercial relations and/or any activities with LAFLOID persist, and throughout the necessary period to pursue the objectives for which they were initially captured. The moment our commercial, professional relations and/or activities end, or when we have accomplished the requested purpose, we will proceed to have your data removed. If at any time new legislation compels us to store these data for a longer time, we will do so to comply with the law, but you will be informed in all cases.

3. Legitimate Processing

The legal basis on which data processing is based comes determined by the execution of a contract where you are an interested party and have therefore expressed your consent.

Our only intention is for you to be kindly responsible when sharing information.

We are not able to control or revise the lawfulness of any information you share, and therefore, we can under no circumstances be held responsible for any consequence derived from any unlawful, illegitimate, altered, improper use or sanction derived from the provided information. In this respect, if you provide us with data, we understand them to be precise, accurate and in any case owned by a third party.

4. Recipients of disclosures or transfers

We will not allow data disclosures nor international data transfers.

In some cases, and only when strictly necessary, LAFLOID will share user data with a third party. However, under no circumstances will personal data be sold to a third party.

LAFLOID external service suppliers (such as payment suppliers or couriers) may use the data in order to provide relevant services, but may never use them for their own purposes, nor disclose them to a third party.

 LAFLOID will take measures to guarantee the security of personal data when sending it outside the company, and we will also ensure third party suppliers respect the confidentiality clause, taking the necessary measures to protect personal data. These third parties have the responsibility to guarantee information is treated in accordance with current privacy data legislation.

5. Interested party rights:

Your rights related to your personal data are as follows:

  • Right of Access: Right to request and receive free of charge any information related to the nature, origin, source or purpose of any processing where your data is involved.
  • Right of Rectification: Right to edit any data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Right of Erasure: Right to request the cancellation, removal or deletion of your personal data at any time.
  • Right of Opposition: Right to oppose to any specific treatment involving your personal data.
  • Right to Data Portability: Right to request a transfer of your data to other companies, Institutions, Organizations or even yourself.

In case you have any doubt, complaint, suggestion or any other issue regarding LAFLOID´s data treatment, please contact us by email hello@lafloid.com. 

And in all cases you have the right to place a complaint, whenever you deem it appropriate, to the relevant Data Protection Authority, the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

6. Data Categories

In LAFLOID we may group captured data according to the following categories:

  1. Commercial information data.
  2. Economic, financial or bank data.
  3. Data obtained from your voluntary interaction with LAFLOID contents such as clicks, comments or the selection of specific contents.

7. Data security

In LAFLOID we have adopted technical and organisational measures, appropriate to the nature of the data treated, solely for the purpose of guaranteeing the highest security and confidentiality in the treatment of your personal data. Lastly, we should inform you that Privacy Policies may change in the future, for example due to regulatory changes or due to LAFLOID functionality changes.
