PRIVACY POLICY
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you about the processing of your personal data, as well as of your rights in accordance to the applicable legislation set forth in the Personal Data Protection Act, and particularly pursuant to the General Rules of Data Protection (GRDP).

2. Purpose of Data Processing
LAFLOID will process the information provided by interested parties with the following objectives:
- Managing trade relations.
- Managing purchases done through our website.
- Providing you with information related to the processing and tracking of your orders.
- Distributing our Newsletter.
In order to achieve these purposes, we will only request data that is strictly necessary. We will always process only those data that are essential and over which we have your specific consent.
If a further processing of personal data for a purpose different from the original arises, the user will be provided before the treatment occurs with the information on the objective, as well as with any other relevant additional information.
Nonetheless, and in accordance with current legislation, if a competent Public Authority, Court or Tribunal request information, we are bound to provide it, as well as in the case a law an obligation upon us to share information with a third party.

The moment our commercial, professional relations and/or activities end, or when we have accomplished the requested purpose, we will proceed to have your data removed. If at any time new legislation compels us to store these data for a longer time, we will do so to comply with the law, but you will be informed in all cases.

The legal basis on which data processing is based comes determined by the execution of a contract where you are an interested party and have therefore expressed your consent.
Our only intention is for you to be kindly responsible when sharing information.
We are not able to control or revise the lawfulness of any information you share, and therefore, we can under no circumstances be held responsible for any consequence derived from any unlawful, illegitimate, altered, improper use or sanction derived from the provided information. We will not allow data disclosures nor international data transfers.

LAFLOID will take measures to guarantee the security of personal data when sending it outside the company, and we will also ensure third party suppliers respect the confidentiality clause, taking the necessary measures to protect personal data. These third parties have the responsibility to guarantee information is treated in accordance with current privacy data legislation.

In LAFLOID we may group captured data according to the following categories:

- Data obtained from your voluntary interaction with LAFLOID contents such as clicks, comments or the selection of specific contents.
