Personalized products: Please add between 2 and 4 additional business days to the indicated delivery times.

Note: During promotional periods or high season (such as holidays or Christmas), delivery times may be extended.

Customs: Customs policies vary by country. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local duties. All applicable taxes, fees, and duties are the customer’s responsibility.


RETURNS

Personalized products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, non-personalized items may be returned, provided they have not been used, within 14 days of receipt. LAFLOID is not responsible for shipping costs, customs duties, or tariffs incurred for your return; these must be borne by the customer.

If the product is personalized, whether with initials, words, or illustrations, returns will not be accepted once the order has been placed, except in cases where the product is considered defective, and this must be duly proven within the first 14 days after receipt.


WRONG PURCHASE / CHANGE OF MIND

In case of an incorrect purchase or if you change your mind about the personalization or the color of the product, you should contact our Customer Service as soon as possible at hello@lafloid.com specifying the change. This change can only be made if the order has not yet begun to be prepared. In that case, the changes will be applied at no additional cost, provided the change does not result in an increase in the final price. The change is also subject to the availability of that specific product.


RETURN CONDITIONS

  • The product must not be personalized.

  • The product must not have been used and must be in perfect condition.

  • The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered and with its original packaging.

  • It must be sent in appropriate packaging, in the same way it was received.

  • Discounted items cannot be returned.

  • If the returned product came with a gift item, the gift must also be returned.

  • Returns will not be accepted on shipments where the customer has refused to pay customs duties in their country of residence.

REFUNDS

We always try to process refunds as quickly as possible, but during busier periods (such as holidays or Christmas), it may take a little longer. The refund will be issued to the original account from which the purchase payment was made within a maximum of 14 days.

The time required to process the refund may vary depending on the issuing bank of the credit card and will be made in the same currency in which the purchase was made.


WARRANTY

Our warranty only covers manufacturing and workmanship defects and does not include personalization, nor damage caused by general wear, misuse of the product, or neglect of leather care. Our warranty does not cover leather or metal discoloration due to the natural passage of time.

To claim under warranty, your order must have been processed through our official website, and you must file your claim within 14 days. Along with your claim, you must include the order number and photos of the manufacturing defect. Without proof of the defect, your claim will not be covered by our warranty. If, after correctly verifying the manufacturing defect, we need to inspect your item in person, the return shipping costs will be covered by LAFLOID. If your warranty claim has been accepted, your item will be replaced and your warranty period will remain from the original date of purchase.
