ORDERS
To place an order, browse our product catalog and add your final choice to cart. You can select a category in the navigation menu.
On each product page, you will find the description and composition of the item in question, as well as the colors and customizations available.
- On the item page, select the color and personalization you want.
- Add the product to the basket.
- You can place your order by creating an account, logging in if you already have one, or as a guest user.
- Enter your shipping information, and then select the payment method.
- Check that the information is correct, and then click “Buy”.
- Once your purchase has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order.
Lafloid offers several customization options. On our website you can find the different customization services available:
- Stamped Initials: You can add your initials with heat stamping, in silver, gold, rose gold, or plain.
- Letters in color: you can add your initials or name, with the colors and fonts available on our website.
- Handwriting: you can personalize your product with the word or phrase you like the most, in black or white.
- Illustrations: we have different collections that allow you to personalize your products with illustrations, such as La Mer, Lafloïd Destinations...
If you would like to personalize your product in some special or unique way with your own design, contact us at specialrequests@lafloid.com and we will study your proposal to ensure that it can be carried out in the best possible way.
From your account you can make purchases more quickly, check your order history, change your password, modify your personal data, add products to your wishlist, correct errors made when entering data, subscribe to the Newsletter, make comments, and others. procedures or procedures related to your purchases.
Payments on www.lafloid.com are made by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna (payment in installments).
SHIPPING
The estimated delivery times are as follows:
Standard shipping
- Non-personalized products: 2-5 business days
- Customized products: 4-9 business days
Applicable to all orders over €68*.
*All standard shipping to Spain is free
Express shipping : €15
- Customized products: 3-5 business days
During promotion periods or peak seasons (such as holidays or Christmas), delivery times may increase.
For orders whose value exceeds €68, shipping will be completely free.
Those items whose price is less than €68 will have a cost that will depend on the delivery address.
Customs policies vary from country to country. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to tariffs set by local governments. All applicable fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery details
Once you make the purchase, we will ask for your email and mobile number to ensure that delivery is effective, and you can also track the order.
You will receive by email all status changes of your order as well as notifications from the transport agency.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, non-personalized items can be returned, as long as they have not been used, within 14 days of receipt free of charge.
In the event that the product is personalized, returns will not be accepted once the order has been placed, except in those cases in which the product is considered defective, which must be duly accredited.
To request a return, fill out this form . After sending the form we will contact you with the instructions to follow.
Returns may be made following the instructions in our Returns and Withdrawal Policy .
All items must be returned in perfect condition.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method within a maximum period of 15 days.
Even so, the time required to process the refund may vary depending on the bank that issued the credit card, and it will be refunded to the same account in which the payment was made.
Product perception
We have taken great care to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. In any case, the products may suffer slight color variations with respect to the images that appear on the website, for example, due to the resolution or screens of your different devices. Although we cannot guarantee that your device will display the same color as the physical product, we will do our best to ensure that the images are as true to reality as possible.
The placement of any customization on physical products may experience slight variations from the image shown on the website. This is because we make each product by hand and each one of them is, in some way, different. The position, size and colors of the personalization may vary slightly from the actual product.
Product information
The leathers we work with are rigorously selected and comply with sustainability regulations, so they have to be cared for.
- We advise you to store your items in the dust bag when not in use.
- Avoid all contact with abrasive substances and perfumes, makeup, creams, oil, hydro-alcoholic hand gel...
- Avoid direct exposure to sun and heat and contact with water.
- It is not advisable to wear light leather items with a dark garment.
- Avoid using generic leather cleaning products since they can ruin the leather.

All the products in our collection are 100% handmade by the best professionals in the sector, working with modern design and traditional craftsmanship, and always in a sustainable way.
Repair service
All of our products are manufactured to the highest specifications and should, with sufficient care and attention, last a long time.
We provide a free repair/fix service on bags that may have been damaged, for a period of two months from the date of purchase. This free service does not apply to other products.
Please contact our customer service via email at contact@lafloid.com to inquire about a repair. Not all repairs are possible, however we will endeavor to accommodate your needs.
